UZBEK CONSTRUCTION WEEK – WE BUILD TOGETHER FOR 20 YEARS!

Iteca Exhibitions, the International Exhibition Company, opened its 24th exhibition season with two international exhibitions: Construction - UzBuild and Heating, Ventilation, Water Supply - Aquatherm Tashkent.

 Among the invited guests were: Deputy Chairman of the Joint Stock Company Uzstroymaterialy – Mukhamedjanov T.R. and Bobokulov B.B., Regional Director of the International Exhibition Company ITE Group Edvard Strachan, General Director of the International Exhibition Company Iteca Exhibitions Khasanova N.. Among the honored guests of exhibitions: Managing Director of the Iranian International Exhibition Company Mr. Bahman Hossein-Zade, Chief Architect of Tashkent city Sagatov N.K, Chief Architect of Dushambe city Usmonzoda Kosim, Dubai Exports, Delegation from Tajikistan, Delegation from Kyrgyzstan. The overall exposition unfolded in all exhibition areas of Uzexpocenter NEC and held under the single umbrella of Uzbek Construction Week from February 27 to March 1, 2019. The overall exposition presented 350 exhibitors from 26 countries on total area over 16,000 sq.m.

The number of companies participated in the anniversary UzBuild included 251 exhibitors from 22 countries, namely: Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Iran, Spain, Italy, Kazakhstan, the Republic of Korea, China, Kyrgyz Republic, the United Arab Emirates, Poland, Portugal, Russia, the USA, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, and Switzerland. By tradition, national stands presented by Germany and the United Arab Emirates, which joined by Iran, Poland and Turkey with their national groups participating in the exhibition for the first time.

The UzBuild 2019 exposition were located in Pavilions 1, 2 and 4, Atrium 1, Congress Hall, and on the open viewing site. Such a scale of UzBuild made it into history as a record – this is an increase of 120% compared to previous year.

The exhibition for Construction Machinery and Technologies - BuildTech 2019 placed on an open viewing site, presented a wide range of large-sized construction equipment and technologies for asphalt production, construction of industrial facilities, road and housing construction, road repair works.

The Business Program of UzBuild 2019 included several specialized events and for the first time offered the following within its framework:

International Construction Industry Conference on Key Prospects and Priorities for Further Development held on February 27, in the ITC Business Centre under support of Uzstroymaterialy JSC.

Seminar on Interior Design and Modern Global Challenges held by the Association of Architects, Designers and Other Professional Participants of Construction Industry (Republic of Kazakhstan).

Seminar-lecture on Trends in 2019 Interior Design delivered by Mr. Claudio Balestri (Italy), the founder and president of Oikos Factory, and by architects-designers Ilona Sinisi and Francesco Torsini (Italy).
